The Agribusiness Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Jember released the departure of 160 Independent Study Students at the Independent Campus (MBKM) to Dozens of Agencies on Sunday, August 28, 2022.
The release was carried out by the Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Jember, Prof. Dr. Ir. Soetriono, M.P., Coordinator of the Agribusiness Study Program, Agus Supriono, S.P., M.Sc. and a number of lecturers in the Agribusiness Study Program.
The Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture said that the MBKM program carried out by students was carried out for four months, starting from September to December 2022.
The number of students participating in MBKM activities is 160 students. This MBKM activity is divided into several activities, namely Student Exchange as many as 26 students (1 student from the IISMA program, 5 people participating in the PMM program, and 20 people participating in the PKKM program), 68 internships in Agricultural Companies (65 students participating in the PKKM program, and 3 students participating in the PKKM program). participating in Maching fund), Teaching Assistance or Teaching Campus as many as 2 students, Research/Research Program as many as 11 people (1 student from the IsDB Project program, and 10 students from MBKM program), Entrepreneurship Program as many as 32 students, and Village Building Program/Thematic Real Work Lecture as many as 21 students.
The MBKM program involves many agencies such as PT UD Tani Jaya, KSU Ketakasi, PT Lesos, PT Saraswanti, PT Kusuma Agrowisata, UPT PBH Pasuruan, CV GMU, UPT Tobacco Institute Balitjitro, PT Binamitra, PAI Batu Malang, Sumber Tengah Village, Poncogati Village , Gadingsari Village, Binakal Village, Brawijaya University, Sebelas Maret University, Jenderal Sudirman University, and Center for Socio-Economic and Agricultural Policy.
MBKM activities carried out by the Agribusiness Study Program will be converted into 20 credits.
The Dean and Coordinator of the Study Program hope that MBKM students can maintain their alma mater and can apply the theory they receive in college. In addition, improving attitudes such as public speaking must also be mastered by students.
The Agribusiness Study Program would like to thank the institutions involved and the lecturers who have guided their students.
